Lease Agreement

To File a Lease Agreement:

• Complete the Lease Agreement form.

• The fee of $40 for Members and $50 for Non-Members must be enclosed with the Lease.

• Payment is to be submitted directly to Canadian Livestock Records Corporation (CLRC) via credit card, cheque or E-Transfer.
