Registration or Transfer of Prefix

To Register a CSHA Prefix:

• Complete the Application for Registration of Prefix form.

• The Fee of $40 for Members and $60 for Non-Members must be enclosed with the Registration.

• Payment is to be submitted directly to Canadian Livestock Records Corporation (CLRC) via credit card, cheque or E-Transfer.

To Transfer a Registered CSHA Prefix:

• Complete the Application for Transfer of Registered Prefix form.

• The Fee of $40 for Members and $60 for Non-Members must be enclosed with the Transfer.

• Payment is to be submitted directly to Canadian Livestock Records Corporation (CLRC) via credit card, cheque or E-Transfer.
